How was the month, reading wise?
July was a strong month! I had a lot of fun reading, Off the Deep End and Circe were probably the two books I struggled with the most, but neither of them were actually that much of a struggle. I read two fast fun reads, Caraval and Daughter of No Worlds and I’m honestly so hyped to read the sequels that of course I purchased the remaining books in the series immediately upon completion.
As I’m working through a backlog of reviews at the moment so that everything I’ve read in 2024 ends up on the blog, I’ll be posting the reviews for the books I read in July one a week on Saturday’s until I’m caught up. Saturdays will also be my regular weekly post (be it a review, a wrap up, a reading challenge update etc). I’ll use Wednesday’s as my ‘catch up’ day while I need it, posting a review from the 10 other books I’ve read this year so far. Once I’m caught up there, Wednesdays will likely move to an every other weekly post and it’ll probably be a Reading Update type situation, if I choose to use them.
I hope you’re looking forward to the reviews! First up of the July batch will be Off the Deep End by Lucinda Berry on Saturday 10th August. And the first review of the backlog will be A Light in the Flame by Jennifer L Armentrout on Wednesday 7th August.
