Reading With Tyler

Looking at my bookshelves there are multiple series that I started but didn’t finish… or series I’m convinced I did finish that Goodreads says I didn’t… And so that means I three are a bunch of potentially unread books on my shelves that I could love! I obviously liked the series enough to have physical copies on my shelves and yet I never finished the series!

So, here are a couple of the series that I’ve started but not finished and hopefully creating this blog post will mean I actually make time to finish them!

The Betrothed series by Kiera Cass

I thought I had finished this duology, but Goodreads disagrees! And so I would like to finish this duology this year. I do think that means I will require a reread of The Selection series, which I am totally up for! So, I may plan a 24 hour read-a-thon later in the year to go through the first series and finally this duology.

House of Night Other World Series by PC & Kristin Cast

I read Loved last year, but perhaps too soon after I finally finished House of Night because I think I needed a break from the series (that I didn’t realise I needed at first!). I am hopeful to finish this series this year because I don’t want to leave it too long! But I have enjoyed the break from the world that I have taken.

The Summoner Series by Taran Matharu

Luckily I only read book one, because I know this series is going to require a reread of book one. I remember loving this book and then having to wait as I ordered the rest of the trilogy (I think there is a 4th book but it’s a prequel) and by that point I’d dropped off reading again. I am hoping to get to this series this year!

The Marionettes Series by Katie Wismir

I know I didn’t rave about the Marionettes, but the cliffhanger did leave me wanting more! I had unfortunately just purchased so many books at the time that I was jumping from series to series and just forgot to come back to this one! So, whilst I may end up rereading The Marionettes, I am hoping to complete this series this year!

There is is! 4 series that I started, but didn’t finish… There are more like this on my shelves, and so I may do another one of these posts in the future! But it was fun to think about these unfinished book series’ and remind myself of the ones I actually did want to finish! Do you have any situations like this on your TBR?
