Synopsis: Goodreads

Meghan, Brecia and Skye have just one thing in common.

They were all murdered by the same man.

He hunted them online, masquerading as an eligible bachelor. Then he played the perfect gentleman, with a thick layer of charm and a thousand-watt smile hiding the fact that his first dates end in shallow graves.

He’s got away with murder three times now.

The only thing that could keep him from killing again? The women he murdered.

Meghan, Brecia and Skye might be dead, but they’re not gone. They’ve found each other. And they won’t rest until they find a way to stop him.

The haunt is on.

Review:

Alright gang, if you’re a paranormal reader, this might be the dive into thriller books that will work for you! This is a paranormal thriller where we follow three victims (Brecia, Megan and Skye) of the same serial killer who each individually decide that they can’t move on until they’re found and this guy is caught. I loved Noelle’s approach to the ghosts in her thriller so I felt like this was a really good paranormal thriller – I haven’t read any other paranormal thrillers, so I suppose take that comment with a pinch of salt, but I enjoyed it!

We have three POVs and each is one of the victims of the serial killer – we follow them in the before, during and after each of their murders. I loved each of the girls and felt absolutely awful for what they went through. I think Noelle did a great job at showing how the people you can meet online can turn out not to be what you thought they were – not saying that everyone is a serial killer online (I met my fiancé online!) but it isn’t uncommon for people’s online persona to be different in ways to their real person.

I was very nervous at multiple points in this thriller because we do follow the killer quite a bit and I was just convinced he was going to kill and that none of these girls were going to be able nothing to stop him given that they’re ghosts… And that fear as well as the desire to see the girls get justice legitimately kept me glued to the book. I read this is in two sittings – the first pretty late at night and the second sitting as soon as I woke up. I just didn’t want to stop reading!

I really enjoyed this Paranormal Thriller – and I’m very comfortable with the 4 star rating! It’s not that there was anything necessarily wrong with Ask for Andrea! I just think I’ve preferred some of the other thrillers that I have read! I definitely do recommend this though, and like I said if you’re a Paranormal reader who wants to try thriller – this definitely seems like a good opening! I’m really glad I picked it up and I will definitely read more by Noelle W. Ihli!

“On a date that isn’t going well? Ask for Andrea at the bar.”
